Who we are

KlixCraft is a digital growth agency operating the website at klixcraft.com. You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@klixcraft.com.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, website, the answers you select, and anything you write in the message field. Submissions are stored in this website’s database and also sent to us by email.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs: IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of each request. These are used for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare properly for a call you have asked for, quote on work you have asked us to quote on, and keep this website secure and working. We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a contact form.

Who else can see it

Only the people at KlixCraft who need it, plus the service providers that run the infrastructure behind this site: our web host, which stores the site and its database, and our email provider, which delivers notification and reply emails. These providers process the data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set functional cookies if you leave a comment or log in to the site as an administrator. If we add analytics or advertising measurement in future, this page will be updated before that happens and a consent notice added where the law requires one.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for the working relationship or a possible future one, and are deleted on request. Server logs are kept for the retention period set by our hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@klixcraft.com and we will action it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
